The Role

In early 2015 I was approached by existing client the European Headache Alliance about a planned campaign to raise awareness of the burden of headache disorders.

I recommended that I collaborate with my Fumbally Exchange colleague Sam Whelan Curtin, a Communications Consultant who specialises in working with Social Sector organisations.

Sam and I have worked with the EHA to develop a clear identity and message for this campaign. During 2015 we will be asking the question ‘What’s Under The Hat?’ and encouraging patients to share stories of the impact that headache disorders have on their lives.

Our goal is to inspire public compassion for headache sufferers by making the invisible visible and to provide a platform to give patients a voice.

By spreading this message across social media, we aim to get people talking about the disruptive and painful impact of headache so that headache can be given the priority it deserves.
